HI, I live in British Columbia, Canada. Here there are a number of community organizations who do training and give out the kits for free. Many are more than happy to do so for anyone who might be willing to learn and use as necessary.

. I am not sure where you are but there may be similar groups in your community that work with the homeless or places where they go for services. Some pharmacies will sell the kits but it could be costly. I've seen between $30 and $50 in the US.

Again, where I live pharmacies give them away to folks who believe they may be in a position to help someone. It could be because they have a family member or friends who use drugs or because they live in an area where there is a visible homeless and using community.
