I cannot thank you enough for finding meaning in my story. Knowing that you will use my words and the story of the loss of my son to move forward with your grief and that your actions will help others overwhelms me with gratitude. I see my son Ray looking down from above, maybe somehow now connected to your mother and father.

They watch us move forward with our actions of love towards those who need a small moment of kindness. Each of us paying forward a little bit of warmth, of generousity and compassion.

Who knows where your actions will lead? Will they perhaps inspire another to do something similar? Will those whose lives you touch feel a shift in their trajectory? Someone in jail or a hospital who discovers that someone cares about them; might they change their life for the better in some way?

I do not believe in coincidences. I think somehow you were meant to read my story and it was meant to help you with your great losses. Losing a mother and father at such a young age is a huge burden to carry. But doing for others will bring you light and life, I know it. Please write about your experiences when you carry out your plans. I will look forward to hearing about the faces you meet as you gift them with something unexpected. Much love to you in this life we share across the world.
