I personally love cutting grass although we are supposed to do away with lawns now because of the environment and I live on a boat in any case. I also love hanging laundry on a line. There are many satisfying household tasks. Although doing endless laundry when I had a bunch of kids did get old. It never ended. Like a repetitive nightmare.
But I agree with you in any case. Seems bizarre that there are folks who hire people to do everything for them. Sounds like Downton Abby or something. Removed from reality.
