Now one of my sons has an organic farm and hand raises turkeys. They are delicious. Raised outside free ranging and eating a variety of foods. You can taste the difference between these and the industrially raised ones. Lucky to have such a good resource. I can almost smell the next family dinner which is an early Christmas gathering the first week of December.
