Oh, the sisterhood. I have two of them, one six years older, one twelve. It's taken a lifetime for me to get close to the oldest since she left home when I was six. We all have similarities but some very vast differences. Neither of them are people I would be friends with if they weren't related. And yet there are shared stories and lives and I've found a way to be connected. Because they are older they know things I do not about our parents and grandparents. It's been an interesting journey as we age.
