Such a great read. My best friend was gay (she passed away a few years ago) and she talked a lot about not just being tolerated, but welcomed and included and that anything else was just not good enough.
I see this lack of inclusion play out with my family members with disabilities and my Indigenous friends in so many different ways. We all need to think about how to do better as humans
