Yes, you get it. We are increasingly places where the rich get richer and the gap widens. Even those who might have been able to manage financially decades ago no longer have the same ability to do so. And we have not created the funding and services to support them. Cooperative, subsidized and supportive housing would make a huge difference. So many broken pieces to our society.
